What should I wear?

Sessions take place fully clothed on a comfortable, padded table. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and rest easily.

Where is the studio located?

In-person sessions take place in a quiet, private setting. For privacy, the exact location and directions are provided when your appointment is confirmed.

Sessions

How long do sessions last?

Private Reiki sessions typically last 60–90 minutes. This allows time to talk briefly before your session, settle comfortably on the table, receive Reiki, and transition back into your day without feeling rushed.

Training

Can I take a class if I'm new to Reiki?

Absolutely. Reiki Level I is designed for beginners, and no prior experience is needed. More advanced classes build on what you learn along the way.
